RMT's Board of Directors has made a commitment to diversifying our company in every aspect, from production staff, to casting, to performance material.

In light of this commitment, we are interested in reviewing proposals for Fall 2025 that fall into one of two categories: shows with timely and relevant themes or classic shows revisited from a new perspective (for example with an eye toward color-conscious casting, new themes, or gender commentary).

Potential directors should address matters of diversity, equity, and inclusion in their submitted proposals.

Please review our recent production history. Submissions should not include titles that have been produced by RMT in the past ten years.
